Responsibilities
As security leader, Vilmantas Varnauskas is responsible for:
- Approving and overseeing the company's information security program, policies, and controls;
- Identifying and managing security risk across web hosting, reseller hosting, VPS, domain, and supporting services;
- Directing the response to security incidents, including notifications to affected customers and authorities where required by applicable law;
- Overseeing access to production systems and administrator accounts;
- Receiving vulnerability reports and coordinating their investigation and remediation.
Safeguards
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures to protect our infrastructure and the information we hold, including:
- HTTPS and TLS encryption on all services;
- Two-factor authentication for administrator accounts;
- Role-based access control for internal staff;
- Intrusion detection systems and firewalls;
- Regular vulnerability scans and security audits.

Please do not access, modify, or delete data that does not belong to you, degrade or interrupt our services, or disclose the issue publicly before we have had a reasonable opportunity to investigate and fix it. Our contact details are also published in security.txt.
