Right when your order is ready, here are some instructions on how to get your website up and running as soon as possible.

Firstly go to your client area and check for your plan/domain under My Products/Services and click on it.

Then press Login to DirectAdmin at the bottom of the page and you will be instantly logged in to your panel.

NOTE: If that does not work or you want faster access to the panel, you will find your login details and a link in your email.

Now, look at the left side of your screen. This will be your main menu where you can access all the features we offer.

Firstly we need to upload your website files. We can do that by going to the menu >> Site Management >> File Browser.

Then we double-click the public_html shortcut in our file manager which will bring us to the location where our website files are.

Now, on your computer go ahead and find the website files. If you don't have one - go ahead and make one! Or hire someone to do it for you.

When you have your files ready, put them in a .zip file. You can use WinRar or 7zip for that.

Then drag the .zip file to your browser's screen, right-click it, and press extract.

When done, make sure the blue bar below is gone.  That indicates the upload is finished. This will vary depending on your website's size and internet speed.

When done, you can right-click on the .zip file and remove it.

Now you can close the file manager.

This step only applies if you did not buy/transfer a domain to us when ordering.

Firstly, go to the dashboard of the website you bought your domain from.

Find your domain and manage it.

Then find nameservers and edit them.

Enter the following details:
Nameserver 1: ns1.digital.de.exact.gg
Nameserver 2: ns2.digital.de.exact.gg

And save!

(NOTE: The process may change when using different domain registrars.)

All is done! Now you need to wait for the domain to propagate which will take up to 48 hours (mostly way earlier). When that is done your website will be fully working already!

If you want to check where your domain is ready, go to this website: https://dnschecker.org/, enter your domain, and press search.

Now you will see a list of each region and their nameservers. If they match the details entered above, means that the region can already see your website!
